Mitsubishi Chemical Wins Best Poster Award for Chocolate Bloom Prevention Research at the 20th Euro Fed Lipid Congress and Expo

Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation presented a poster summarizing the results of its long-term research into the chocolate bloom prevention function of its emulsifier, Sucrose Fatty Acid Esters, at the 20th Euro Fed Lipid Congress and Expo, an international conference on fats, oils, and lipid science (October 12-15, 2025, Leipzig, Germany). The poster won the Best Poster Award in the Physical Chemistry category.

These findings provide a technological basis for maintaining the flavor and quality of chocolate, extending shelf life, and ultimately contributing to the reduction of food waste.
