Our research findings in the field of fats and oils were presented at the 2026 AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo.
From May 3 to May 6, 2026, we participated in the 2026 AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo (American Oil Chemists’ Society Annual Meeting), held in New Orleans, USA, where we delivered both oral and poster presentations. Our technologies attracted significant interest, and through active discussions and exchanges of ideas, we were able to gain a deeper understanding of current trends and technological developments in the field of lipid chemistry. We will continue to engage in academic activities and strive to further enhance our technical capabilities and create new value.
